I’m Emilio Aguilar, an Austin-based jeweler and metalsmith specializing in custom jewelry, engagement rings, repairs, and hands-on ring-making workshops. I studied metalsmithing at The University of Texas at El Paso and later worked professionally as a bench jeweler, where I spent years refining my skills in stone setting, fabrication, and repair work.

Now, I host workshops where people can step behind the jeweler’s bench and create their own silver or gold rings using real tools and techniques. Whether it’s couples making wedding bands together, friends celebrating something meaningful, or someone creating their very first piece of jewelry, I love giving people the experience to make something with their own hands that they’ll carry for years.

Alongside workshops, I also create custom pieces designed around each client’s story, style, and vision.

Jewelry has always been more than something you wear. It represents people, memories, milestones, and moments in time. My goal is to create pieces — and experiences — that actually mean something.
